Outstanding. That helps tremendously if I don’t have to remove them. Now what about the shifter. Does the bushing or rod pivot connector need to be removed? I don’t see anyway for the pivot connector to be disconnected.

One last question, can I powder coat on top of the gray coating or do I need to lightly sand it? My swingarm maker is doing this for free so I want to prep as much as possible for him.

Are you looking to PC the brake / shifter levers black too? If so find out how much the shop is charing. It may be cheaper to purchase aftermarkets which run about $25 ea

Yea planning on doing the foot levers too. Swingarm maker is gonna powder coat these at the same time. I prefer OEM as long as they turn out good.

I’m gonna get up with swingarm maker to see how disassembled he wants them.
