Removing rear turn signals

How do I remove the rear turn signals? I did a search and thumbed through some of the undertail installs but couldn't find what I was looking for.

I would like to wire a double connector into each so I can pull the stalks at the races and put them back on later. The cut/splice thing isn't a big deal but the stock connector has to be small enough to thread through that retaining nut...so why splice if I can properly remove?

How long does it take to remove them?

it takes about 1 minute to remove them.
It's just a nut behind the black plastic.

You could add in some quick connectors, and then be able to pull them on and off.

Thanks Ladyhawk. Where to the wires plug into the harness at? Can I get to it without removing the tail or toolbox?
