Removing front drive sprocket

Hello I am trying to remove the front sprocket on my 2001 Busa, does anyone know exactly how to remove the nut that holds it on??? Tried but it will not come off, Is there a trick I need to know??? My E mail is Hayabusa@rogers.com any help would be really appreciated, Also if anyone has a suggestion on which size and make of sprockets and chain That would also be helpfull

air gun or put a board in the back wheel so it will no turn and get a big pipe or cheater bar.
