Remove Seat With Gsxr Tail Conversion

hey guys, new bike and I'm about to double check the pc3. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get the tail section off...or the seat for that matter. Any ideas?

The bolts on the side are frame only. I can't pull the tank side of the seat. There are two small screws in the back but they look to be attached to the middle of the tail section

I'll double check but it looks like it connects the subframe but not the seat.

As an aside, the pop rivets with the screws in them are an absolute pain.
