I just fitted Helibars to my K8 Busa and had to transfer the Hot Grips to the Helibars.
It's only the left bar that will pose a problem. It was glued on but had no choice but come off ...
1. Take off your left bar and slip over a tight fitting washer
2. Cut a piece of pipe an inch longer than the visible alloy bar
3. Slip the pipe over bar so it rests against the washer
4. Place a small socket on the Hot Grips end of the bar
5. Use a G clamp to force the Hot Grips off
