remapping ? for a 05 Busa

i had a Yoshi RS3 4 into 1 exhaust system on my bike.well i changed it out for a full Muzzy system 4 into 1 and the bike was mapped with the Yoshi on it and i noticed after i changed over to the Muzzy now it bucks around 3000 or so rpm's crusing and all.it never done this before but my shop said that if i changed over i wouldn't need a remapping but now i think i do.it's all good down low and up high after about 3800 or so,clear as a bell.but if you cruise at 3000 or so it bucks and hunches.what does this sound like to you guys? it's an 05 with 16,000 miles and i've NEVER had any issues at all. thanks

I'm assuming you have a power commander on it from the Yoshi system.

no power commander....it was remapped only

Looks like some quality time with a dyno is in order.
