By taking off the reflectors, it gives you a weight savings of almost one pound. That one mod alone will turn an otherwise heavy slug of a bike into a respectful performer.

the monkey that I baught my bike from took the reflectors off, but left the
brackets on. So now it looks like something is missing off the bike.

I will take the brackets off over the winter.

Because that's what I've been doing since I got my first bicycle !! But I use to take off the kickstands first, Busa's kind of heavy for that though, LOL

I used to do the samething. Plus the glare makes it harder to take pics.

Reflectors suck. Keeping them on your bike makes you do retarded stuff like the hump mod or something.

Remove the reflectors??? Hell, I went out of my way and made a bracket so I can relocate mine when I installed a new undertail. I also changed the color up front so I can coordinate.
