Reassembly off side fairings question?

I tore my 2012 down to repaint, and assembly has been going good up until this point. I do not know if there is a rubber grommet that goes in this location or not. It appears that a just a screw will not hold it. Anyone here know?

Put in your inner fairing panel (the one that goes next to the tank) and it will make sense.

Gotcha, I’ve been staring at it for a day now and I couldn’t make sense of it, all non painted parts are in the shop with the bike, I’ll run go grab those pieces, thanks a lot!
