rear sprocket

Hey Guys,
Does anyone know if the Gen 1 rear sprocket will interchange with the Gen 2? I'm told that the Gixer 1000 will interchange, but I'm not sure if the chains are the same size. I want to increase the number of teeth, but stay with a steel sprocket.

gixxer 1000 K7 do fit; i have a 44 JTS steel and 45 AFAM steel rearsprocket for my busa2.
