Evil Swing Arms | Gen 2 Busa Information
Just want to know some of you guys thoughts on the evil swing arms. Thinking about a mild 6in stretch over the winter.

That bar holds the rear brake caliper stable and if you remove it, go for a ride, press the rear brake pedal, something unusual will happen.....
Can you guess?
Can you work out in your head what happens when the caliper grips the spinning rotor?
The caliper will go round with the rotor until it either smashes into the swing arm or snaps the brake hose...... which ever comes first.
Maybe both.
Anyway, it’ll result in a mess.
So the short answer is don’t do it.

As Kiwi Rider said the answer is certainly NO. You can not remove it. My question is what concerns you about it. Did the bike have bolt on extensions you want to remove?

remove rear brake for drag racing | 1/4 Mile
Has any one done this I see gsxr 1000 do it all the time and this is for drag racing only.are there a kit or spacers I can buy or do I have to take off the caliper and measure it and make a spacer at a machine shop
