For all you turbo Busa fans, RCC now has a new mechanical scavenge pump.

This pump uses the factory Suzuki mounting screws, and is black
anodized for great looks and long lasting durability. It comes with the male
-8 AN fitting shown in the pics, customers will be responsible for lines and
fittings, or if the customer supplies the details on what they need a quote
can be given for all the lines, fittings and check valves for the complete
installation. The pump does fit tight to the side fairing/panel, and some
trimming or clearancing may be required, POWERHOUSE PRICE is $500 . . .

So I'm trying to understand this -
the male end shown in the picture connects to where?

Do you have more pictures of a complete set up?

The best way we have seen so far with R&D is the big drain line from the bottom of the turbo goes right to the fitting you see on the pump itself; then what you do is run an 1/8" npt check valve on the feed line to the turbo. This way, when you shut the motor down and all the oil comes down from the top end (head and cams), it doesn't push it's way into the turbo or drain line. Smoking may have been cool in the 40's, but it ain't cool anymore . . .
