I installed an Extreme Moto Design undertail, which i love, but like in most cases of replacing rear flashers the blinking is now twice as fast as it was.

I know there are some boxes you can install in the circuit, or relays that replaces the original one, anyway, has anybody have any success with easy to install alternatives?

I just let mine flash fast it gets more attention that way.

If you want to slow down the flashing rate, you will need a couple of 10 ohm, ceramic power resistors. These are big, rectangular suckers...not the kind you buy a RatShack.

They install in parallel with the bulb, one leg to the +12v, the other leg to ground.

A little word of caution...these resistors will get HOT! Be careful where you mount them!

Yeah they get REAL hot. Honestly, Just let em' Flash Fast, it gets lots of attention and that is what they are for.
