So I am finding out with this weather that my bike's cover is not waterproof....or even that close. I know that you don't want a bike cover truly waterproof due to humidity issues, but how much water resistance can I/should I expect? Are there waterproofers that I can reapply to the cover, or just get a new one, or in constant rain am I just looking at the bike being wet under the cover? Sadly right now garage isn't an option. Thanks guys.

You can get you a can of "Camp Dry", used for tents, and what not, that may help.

Another possibility is a Cycle Vault - Welcome to CycleVault. I bought one of these for my Gold Wing to keep mice from building condos in the fairing during the off season in the shed. Worked really sweet. The Gold Wing is gone, but i use it for the Busa now. Still no mice!
