Racing plastic for street use

I need to replace all the plastic on my '00 is it a good idea to replace it with something from Sharkskins or Airtex? The price is definitely appealling.

the sharkskins will not have turn signls in the upper..
i put LED's in the mirrors for turn signals on mine.
