Wis. Man Killed In Motorcycle Accident, No Helmet
A Wisconsin man is dead after his motorcycle crashed in St. Croix County on Saturday.
The St. Croix County Sheriff's Office said Dale Oehme, 47, of New Richmond, Wis., was driving west on River's Edge Drive around 2 a.m. when he went into a ditch and his motorcycle overturned and flipped on top of him.
Officers said that Oehme wasn't wearing a helmet at the time.
He was brought to Regions Hospital in St. Paul where he died.
The accident happened in the town of Star Prairie, Wis.
Officers said that it is the second fatal accident in that county this year.
The cause of the crash is under investigation by the St. Croix County Sheriff's Office.
