As for the bike, she still needs work. I haven't been wrenching on her like I should have been....it's been more challenging pyschologically than I had previously thought. The parts list is still pretty lengthy...I'm just tryin ta keep my eye open for some stuff, but it's been proving rather difficult to find some items, such as an upper fairing stay, wire harnesses and such.

I also need to look more into the manual...damn! Replacing the non-electrical parts is pretty much a breeze, but the electrical stuff is proving to be quite confusing. So much tracing and figuring out which wires power what and what parts are powered by which wires and all that other gooey good stuff.

Damn....sometimes it sucks to be a slow learner. Thanks for asking, though! I really appreciate it, bro!
 
That's good.. that was some nasty rash - had to hurt like hell.. good that you're rebuilding though.

There was a wiring harness on eBay just a couple days ago.. and there's a couple upper fairing gauge stays available right now..
