I don't think there is a meaningful answer to a question "best tires".
New generation tires are launched by most manufacturers frequently, and what is meaningful is experience shared regarding mileage, perceived grip, manufacturing issues (Dunlop road 6 recently) etc. Price and fitment comes into play also, how many weights needed to balance etc.
