Questions for the new guy

Good evening; New to the forum and a new Busa owner. I was looking for some input/feedback about a turbo kit and some other mods to the bike such as a swingarm and wider rear tire. Orient Express in Freeport, NY is the closest and I've dealt with them in the past. Any info/suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! Mario

Can't just give alot of general info...Tell us what it is that you want the bike to be able to do...How do you plan to use the bike street, strip, track, etc...Orient Express is a rebutable company...

Welcome...I would trust anything Joe Hahn (at Orient Express) has to say regarding motors, Busas and turbo set up. That gentleman has "been there and done it all". On top of his knowledge, he is just a nice guy too.

It is a long way to O.E. from Arkansas, but if I was having a motor built or paying for an install, you are lucky to be close to those guys...LS6

Thanks for the replies and to STUNNAH for getting back to me via PM. I will take the bike over and let them do their thing. I'm going to go with the basic turbo kit and some frame mods/lowering etc. I'll let them tell me what works best and I'll be back if I have any questions.

Welcome to the board....

I wanted a turbo on Elenor myself... and I was almost ready to buy the Ghetto Stage 1 Kit. That was until some member posted here about lot of reliabality issues he had one he got the turbo on the Busa. Im no expert on this matter... nor do I have a turbo on my bike to give you any substantial advice; ...but I sure do suggest that you talk to some people regarding the reliablity factor before you tak a call on Turbo's.
