PSR Frame Sliders Help

Has anyone installed these? I've got the holes cut in the fairings perfect, but the bolt on the frame slider won't stop tightening. It's almost like it's too long, but I specifically bought them for my year and model. Has anyone had similar problems? Suggestion? Thanks

Are both bolts the same length? Looking at them on their website, it appears to me one is left side specific and one is right. Did you loosen the motor mount pinch bolt?

No I didn't loosen the pitch mount. I got them in but they don't tighten they just keep turning.

this may sound dumb but are you turning the slider or the bolt inside? I'm guessing you are using your hand and not a socket on the bolt inside.

Lol. I'm def using a ratchet and I'm turning the bolt.
