POWERHOUSE MOTORCYCLES will be closed from 10/24 - 11/1/11 for a much needed vacation. Will we not be able to answer any emails or take phone calls during this time. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will be back on November 2, working our off as usual . . .

The title is a bit misleading, I thought the same. You could have said something like, Powerhouse closing for vacaction or x - amount of time.
