I know you guys can answer this for me.

Can the cooling fan thermostat temperature switch, which regulates when the cooling fans turn on, be adjusted with the PCIIIR?

Nope. It will only affect the fuel rates and ignition spark timing. Your fan should come on and off as needed, that it to say when the temperature hits a certain point. Are you over-heating?
