So last Sunday I picked up a 74 Duster all the body work has been converted to 71 style. Not a dream car but I think they look good and can picked up at a decent price. This came as a complete tear down shell. This was exactly what I was looking for all the body work is great floor pan and all the breaks components are new and a new fuel cell. I should not have to buy much if I only wanted to get it running and out together. This car is nothing special from the factory it was a slant six 3 speed. So this will more of a restomod. I picked up a 360 that I am going to do a budget rebuild. Well I’m not trying to go to far down that rabbit hole. Also picked up a 833 trans I want this to just be a fun car and I think this will fit the bill. Small car V8 and 4 speed man.
Engine is tore down looks like good bones. Will do all new seals, rings, bearings all that came with purchase. On the first purchase list new oil pan, oil pump and other small things and I will get the bottom end back together.
