The crank case breather hooks up to the bottom of the airbox on the "clean" side of the air filter. You would need an oil separator on that line OR...........
If you still have the PAIR connected you can do the PAIR mod. That is where you disconnect the crankcase breather hose from the airbox and connect it directly to the PAIR input so the PAIR sucks the crankcase fumes/oil into the exhaust directly instead of through the airbox (don't forget to cap the airbox where that hose used to be). You may get an extra HP or two and your airbox will be clean of oil. The oil will burn in the pipes but you may get a small residue of oil out the end of your cans if you wheelie more than you ride two wheels.
There are probably other solutions too that others will offer up.
