pingle wheelie bars

Yah Yah Im probibly going to get flamed for this but SO WHAT. Ihave a pingle wheelie bar for my 06SE Busa and have no idea how to attach them. A guy GAVE them to me and said they would fit right off the bat. Maybe so but I havent a clue how there attached to the bike. Any help would be appreciated.TIA --see me--
