What front fork springs?
Should I change up the rear shock to an Ohlins?

Weight wise your dancing right inbetween 1.1 and/or 1.15 for front fork springs...personally speaking?..if I were you and the bike is primarily used "for street" I'd go with the 1.1 for a plusher feel over the sharp edged stuff but...if the larger percentage of my riding was balls out corner carving and track days?...I'd go with the 1.15's but don't take my word for it...call LEE at traxxion.com

"At Full Preload" I can see no reason to change out the rear spring unless it's used/aged/old and/or begining to sag/weaken but Lee may advise a jump of 50 in lbs over stock and yes...I am busy putting an old FZR back together.
