Pics of Kisan Signal Minder install?

Well, I'm wanting to turn my turns signals into running lights and I'm befuddled as to how to get to the wiring on the turn signal relay!
I've got the fuse box/relay switch exposed but I'm supposed to hook into the orange and light blue wires....but I see no wires that match those colors... and there's two masses of wires converging!

Anybody got any pics or experience with this?

Why would you want to use the turn signals as running lights?
