I have been told recently that the PCIIIr is overkill in as much as I will be installing slip on Yosh cans and a PCIII will be able to do anything that I need.
I guess that you have a 2002/3 Busa. If you do you need the PC3 or PC3R. The only advantage that the "R" has is the ability to adjust the timing. This doesn't gain much HP maybe 1-4 max. If you run NOS you will more than likely use a seperate box to control NOS and timing anyway so the 3R will not be that important. It basically comes down to do you want to spend the extra $40+ bucks or not. If it's not a big deal get the 3R..if your on a budget get the 3. Either way you will be set if you go to a full system or if you modify the airbox/intake in the future. WR
