PCII&G-Pack&???slip-on

So this is where I'm at, love the bike but can't leave anything alone. It's a '99 with around 30k miles on it. It has a G-pack and a PCII and some type of slip-on(no name). I don't know if the exhaust is stock or a header, can't tell(newbie). I'm gathering the next step in performance is scrapping the two boxes and getting a PCIII usb. Don't have the cash at the moment so my question is, how easy is the PCII to get into and modify? I live in norther california and might have access to a dyno(harley shop

Also, is it normal for the rpm's to increase when the clutch is pulled in? I'm not talking like a little from frictional forces, it's a deliberate signal.

Anyways, if someone can ID the pipe, that would be useful for the future too.
