pc3usb dead?

bike wouldn't start and after hours of searching i found only 1.2 volts at injector harness. I unplugged the pc3 and bike fired right up and is ridable. I checked the voltage without the pc3 and it is 9.5 volts without the engine running. Does this seem too low? Battery is fully charged and fairly new. Seems like the pc3 injector driver is dead, unless i have an issue on the bike that is hindering the pc3 from acting correctly. Any comments on this before I buy a new pc5.thanx

Yep they go bad. I can sell you a good used 01 pc3 USB way cheaper than you can buy a new 5 for.
