PC IIIr vs. Yoshimura EMS

Alright, I've got a yoshimura full system put on the bike and removed the pair valve. I'm ready to purchase either of the two, but I'd like to know the pros and cons of each. All help and opinions are welcome. Guess my first question is, the price difference. Parts411 has both, power commander for 318 and EMS for 431.

the yoshems allows for timing to be changed as well as fuel. pc3r just fuel.
