Passenger footpeg missing

I was cleaning my bike yesterday and discovered my left passenger footpeg was missing. Just curious if anybody else has lost one. I don't even know how long ago it fell off and I don't understand how it would just fall off. While I'm asking are there any other parts that have a tendency to fall off?

I have to go to the store and order another one now cuz the next time there is a cold day in hell my wife might want to go a ride again

sounds like the air duct grill in the front also has a tendency of falling off and getting sucked in the plenum.

alot vibrates loose on mine. have ton constantly tighten stuff down.
