Passenger foot pegs with hindle high mount???

I have an '06 Busa with the Hindle High Mount 4-2-1 System.. In order to keep the passenger foot pegs, the plastics must be cut to accept the Hindle supplied bolts that let you keep your passenger foot pegs by extending them out over and past the the high can...

My question...

Has any one seen a custom bracket that allows for the passenger foot pegs to be used without having to dremel my tail plastic???
