Pair Valve Question

Several years ago I installed a full exhaust, had my ecu flashed and had my bike dyno tuned. I also did the marble mod. I finally got around to purchasing block off plates and my question is.. Can I remove the pair valve hoses and solenoid without throwing a code?

If - when the ecu was flashed - the PAIR was disabled, then yes. If not, you can remove all the hoses, but you would have to leave the PAIR solenoid plugged in. If you don't know, just unplug it and see if a code comes up . .

Thank you sir! Will do this weekend. Had it flashed by Jay Stedman about 6 years ago, pair should be disabled just so long ago I don't remember.

Boost by Smith sells a plug in that will stop it from throwing a pair code. If it wasn't done at the time of the re-flash.

blocking off the pair valve stops decel pop when you install an aftermarket exhaust. I just want to get rid of the tubes and solenoid that is not needed. Plus got to have some kind of winter project, everything else is already done.
