Where is the best and cheapest place to buy pair block off plates and gaskets??

I've seen guys cut the existing tubes for the pair valve and crimp and braze them. That's probably as cheap as you get unless you do the marble mod and maintain the weight of the pair valve, etc.

Sponsors here on the .org sell kits for $20 that come with the plates, gaskets and bolt to put into vacuum line. If your gonna do it, do it right. I think I got mine from Street N Track (never used it but that's where I got it)

Unless you already have the bike apart, do the marble mod. The weight you lose...which equals a couple beers and a few slices of pizza...isn't worth the work of tearing the bike apart IMO

Well I have to tear the bike apart to put on my exhaust anyway, so I figure that while I had it down, I would go ahead do it.

I have looked through most of our sponsors sites, but could not find the COMPLETE kit. Does anyone have any other ideas??

Can't I just buy a set off of ebay, then use siliconne for the gaskets?

In a nut shell, not detailed, it prevents backfiring with new exhaust and in some cases bolt-ons.

You want detail - do a search.

+1 these work better than the block off plates and you don't have to spend $20. Wish I would have know about the self taping screws before I spent $20 for sure.
