Painting the Bike

Ok i got the bike ready for paint, it's broke down, primed, and sanded. I'm wanting to do a FLAT BLACK with Orange Accent. my question is what do i need to put on the Flat to keep it FLat but still protect aginst water, gas, and debri? This is my first Paint job so any suggestions would help... thanks

Some company's make a flatting agent for clear coats. Some make a mat clear also. There is a way to mix 10 - 15% clear coat hardner into the base to give you the same effect and also provider the UV protection, but fall back is the is no harder coat (clear) to proctect the base coat.
