Pages not loading/avatars missing?

Michelle, are you at work? Youre coming through a proxy right? Might be the problem.
For some reason, your avatar is a red x today, on my screen anyway.
I am at work and everything else on the web is working just fine...
H.org was flying yesterday, but today it's not even loading the banners...hrmmm, perhaps I should just stop surfing and then it won't be an issue...
I can't see my avatar, can you? Earlier, I couldn't see others' avatars...

I noticed it yesterday, and today the banners (ridegear + search) are MIA.
