I mess with types of oil, plugs etc., but on my Honda and zuke only factory oil filters. My 2cents.
I change my oil and filter every 600 miles with AMSOIL and a Wix filter.

You don't think thats overboard? Has the oil even started to breakdown at all after 600?

I've got 30,000 miles on my '06...I would've changed my oil 50 times already

I change mine DAILY whether I start it or not...with 3 in 1 oil, full synthetic of course!

I change mine twice a day.....morning and evening.....but I use the cheap stuff, figure its good enough for a day ride
On longer rides, or multi-day trips, I have the wife follow me in the car with spare oil

I've read Purolator makes one but also to the fram, someone reported that the quality wasn't good enough for the Busa.
I use the zuki filter on every oil change vs. every other. But I follow the maintenance chart. Haven't looked in a while but I think it's every 4K miles. I use the zuki dino. Syn could double that.

You know how many of those little squeeze cans it takes?????
I have a 55 gal. drum attached to mine, I just leave the drain plug out.
