Oddities - need some generation info

I think i got a frankenstein type of busa - it's an 04 but i think it's been rebuilt. No worries really on my end but a few things are standing out to me...

The 'pass' switch on the indicator side...i don't have it - i thought all busa's had...
There's a wire running down and attached to the lower engine - just infront of the brake lever...unsure what that is, but again, never saw on my last one.
Battery strap - doesn't seem to have 'hooks' for one - i can't see that anything was removed, so left wondering did some models have no strap?

04 1st year of pass switch. Shld have it. Can u see exactly where the wire is going?
What's the part number on the ecu ? Usually the seat holds the battery down.

Never had a battery strap on my 04.
I do have the pass switch, although I don't remember ever using it.

Not sure what you mean by the indicator side ???????
