I like the NWS hugger but where to buy?

I see they are a u.k. company, that looks like a hastle...
don't see any U.S. distributors listed. ???

Also, how does the right side hook on the bike?
Hope it doesn't use the passanger footpeg exhaust hole
as I've got hmf highrises and that pushes the pegs out
a bit.
