This guy trying to sell an old RD400 which is modified too much with a hideous seat for this kind of money??? I know weed is legal here but sheesh...

Maybe if this bike was 100% stock and untouched as a museum quality bike...maybe it might draw that kind of money...maybe...

I bought my Hayabusa for $5000...

I guess the seat is supposed to make it look like a café racer.

I had a 73 RD 350B. possibly the most fun you can have with your clothes on
Girl friend at the time had a 400 Even nicer. Used far less oil
But while Wolf Works knows what they are doing there is not a hope in hell of getting even remotely close to that kind of money from anyone who knows what it is
and the shocks are on backwards

My first ''big'' bike ,, No thanks , He's truly fucked that one up ..

The irony of the modern cafe racer craze, is that if those original racers were still racing today, they wouldn't be doing it on old smokers... they'd be on GSX-Rs and Hayabusas.

Sorry, I'm letting logic cloud the nostalgia. :p

As for the RD in the ad... well, Pembroke isn't far from the Chalk River Nuclear Power facility. Just sayin'.

And what the f**K is going on with the radial cylinder heads??
All he's done is devalued it with losing all the original bits.
Crazy thing is, if that was here in NZ for sale, that would fetch that money he's asking.
We see RG500's and early 500cc Mach 3 Kaws asking 20k or more.

Great little bike though I must say....

My expansion pipes sure made it sound like a hive of really angry bees....
