well luckily were i am was just the edge of the storm so only minor flooding,but just to the east of me got slammed,tryed to get to binghamton but rt 86 was still closed at sayre pa exit...so i went into athens pa but was met by some of our service members and had to turn back...then went into the small town of wellsburg ny ...the creek that runs through there got them pretty good...
first part of vid is athens pa...2nd part is wellsburg ny...
hope fastfrog made out ok...
heres a small vid of this,,,cant see much at athens as was a ways back out of town that had to turn around...wellsburg as i was leaving town on left side house sit alittle down from the road and had atleast 6 ft inside thier houses..
