semi and I are planning a trip to the Pocono mountains August 24-29. I haven't been back in the area for several decades. There are still a few roads I remember riding in my youth:

Main Street between Martins Creek and Bangor
191 between Bangor and Stousburg.

Looking to hear some of yall's favorite routes. Hopefully we'll be able to meet up and do some riding together.

The Ride over Blue Mountain is a fun ride... Lots of twists both up and down the mountain. If you start near Jim Thorpe and head towards the Ski Resort its a good hr ride (taking your time) through both open highway, city, woods, and cornfields. Little to no traffic.
