Honey badger den is accepting apps My son's friends were only planning a leg day . Well squats , military press , dead lifts , bench press , pull ups , knee raises . The amount of weight moved today might of been quiet a bit . After 3 hours I called it . The relief from them was happy as they did not think they could go on . I admitted to doing one to many heavy dead lift sets . Now icing the muscles , but feel good overall . Real happy with 6 reps @ 225 lb .
Sugar land PD rolled by one time . Glad just once as my self , and a group of former young military men were in no mood for 6 feet BS .

The point behind quarantining even people who don't appear sick is because it takes up to two weeks to show symptoms, and during that time you're contagious. Use caution and common sense.
