Hi dollar real estate for sure,don't think you can touch anything in the main channel of the harbor for less than $10-$15 million(pretty small lots)and I know of a few that go for much more(last I heard,John Wayne's old house[totally updated about 10 years ago]was appraised at $50 million).

I was in the slums. Right on the border of Santa Ana. Irvine Blvd. Slums.... LOL

Even pricey over that way too,when we were looking to buy 8 years ago a house in a Santa Ana neighborhood where you had to shoot your way in and out of was going for $350K.Ended up getting a nice 4 bdrm./3 bath out here south of Corona on the 15(Horsethief Canyon Ranch) for $219K(short sale),already back up to $375K.
