I think they were looking for volunteer pilots, like those experimental plane trials they do on those secret bases in the desert...

Guess they figured if the guy that built it didn't want to ride it, that should say a lot about his expectations of the performance of the frame.



edit: He should put grab handles on the side of the throttle bodies and foot pegs on the side of the engine case,

Never know may find your self riding that engine down the street.. and how much thought went into stopping this thing cause scooter brakes.... welll they are scooter brakes
