What I get it was after appr 2000 miles the 2 of clutch spring bolts get loosen and I heard bad sound going from clutch. See on the pics these two bolts have grinded on clutch cover. Just fastened all bolts back and problem fixed.

HMMMM!! I'll bet that's my noise. I was thinking that is was the push bearing.

I would have gone to the dealership to have it checked under warranty(if you didn't). Those metal chunks are somewhere floating around in your oil. Hopefully they get to the filter before they have a chance to clog an oil passage. Dealership can document that you had the clutch problem and if something happens later you have proof.

Sad, to say that more than one or two members have seen this condition...

Yes, one can only wonder where the scrap metal ended up in the motor... Bearings come to mind!

A local dealer just got an 08 busa in with an engine rattle. I told the mechanic about the clutch bolt issues...they didn't even know about it ??? He pulled the cover off and sure enough it has the same problem. He thinks some metal chunks did some engine damage. :unhappy:

What is the noise? Is it something that is really obvious?
