Let me introduce our newest advertiser that we have on the forum... How long have you been in business
We have been in business at this location for just over ten years. All my employees have been in the business over 30 years . . .
What separates you from your competition.
What separates us from our competition our attention to detail. We build, service, and tune every bike that comes in as if it was our own. We also consider ourselves one of the best dyno tuning centers on Long Island. We strive to make every bike the best it can be. We build engines, port in-house, and sell performance parts and accessories. We have a large inventory in O.E.M. and aftermarket Hayabusa parts. Our specialty is building and tuning turbo bikes - we are a Hahn, Velocity, Mr. Turbo, and RCC dealer.
What is your outlook on customer service.
Customer service is first and foremost here at Powerhouse. Most of our customers become our friends, as we care about their bikes and keeping them happy after the sale. We offer extensive customer support and often answer technical questions to people that have never been here, or made purchases. Everyone one of my employees owns and rides multiple bikes, including Hayabusas. They have all been enthusiasts for years.
Where are you located, what area do you service.
We are located in Long Island, New York, approximately 40 miles east of the city. We do full service tune ups, engine building, turbo installs and dyno tuning. Although the majority of our customers are from the metro area, we have many customers who come from upstate New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, and even as far away as Arizona. We also have many international customers who rely on us for their performance parts and accessories.
Is there anything your company has been involved in that you would like to tell the members, industry involvement
We are involved in drag racing, and are presently sponsoring one of the fastest and quickest turbo bikes in Real Street; we also have several pro street bikes that have been built and tuned in our shop. We have been turbocharging Hayabusas since the beginning. We have built turbo V-Rods, ZX12s, ZX14s, CBR1000rrs, GSXR600s and 1000s, and even many old school bikes like GPZ550s, KZ1000s, and GS1100s. In fact, we have been building and turbocharging bikes since 1978.
What would you like to convey to the members of Hayabusa.org as you come on with them.
We would like the members of the forum to know that they could always deal with Powerhouse with confidence, as we will always be honest and open about the various products that we sell, as well as competitive in price. We will offer support after the sale, and will offer technical assistance whenever we can.
