***UPDATE*** I took everything apart last night checked the spark plugs, they looked good, cleaned out the airbox thoroughly finally got frustrated with the manual, took my time put everything back together to take it to the shop, I put the gas tank on and started it up; to my surprise IT RAN JUST FINE, no more rattling, I let the smoke burn off from the oil on the exhaust pipes and took her on a test ride to the gas station and she ran great. So I'm rolling again, now I need to get her painted and do some other little things and she will be summer ready. Thanks guys for all of the advice.
