New discs or not?

Hi everyone, I had a look at the brakes today on my 99 busa, they are almost gone. So I was thinking is it woth replacing the pads, or should I just get a set of wavey discs and new pads.

Half the people I ask say they are crap and the other quite like them. My michanic gave me a nice set of discs off a GSX1300 as I complained about judder from the front end under heavy breaking..... Said I should try them as the waveys were pants. He's not too sure if the 1300 discs will fit but they do look like a match.

Im all confused ??? The only thing I do know is that I need pads ASAP.

Any advice?

A Busa is a GSX1300...the rotors that your mechanic gave should work.

What year and model bike do you have ?

The front end issue under braking could be the pads. A new set of OEM rotors is going to run between 5 and 6 hundred in the box not on the bike. So you're lucky if he gave you a good set of rotors.
