New DC meter testing on board .

While the bike master heated grip display, and control unit was easy to read its always been off a few tenths. I no longer have heated grips but kept the display for the DC reading. This new unit is very accurate, and much lighter . However it's not user friendly on viewing in sunlight. After 32,xxx miles I've come to trust the system, and no longer feel a need to read it so often. If something develops I can stop to see what the display reads with my hand as a shade from the light. Now the camera seems to have a terrible time showing what I see .

I had one of those, but felt bad cutting my custom painted inner panels, so I replaced it with a digital LCD one. Wish I would’ve known you wanted one of them, I could’ve given you the one that’s sitting in my drawer

sandow´s volt meter looks really nice.

but did someone already test the "Bluetooth Battery Monitor with Smartphone App"
like they offer it here ?
they say with the same one app you can control up to 5 batteries (6, 12 and 24 V).
no drill holes anywhere - only to wires to the batt poles.

meet me for breakfast @ Harris county BBQ in Tomball off 2920 / think you called it 4 corners @8:45 am
Mitch , myself , and maybe Gary will be there . Bring the boy if ya like too . Motor talk is good for a young man :)
Can’t today brother but thanks for the offer. Knee deep and shoulder high trying to finish texturing drywall so it can be done. Besides, if ya turned your back long enough I might take RJ for a walkabout........lol. :)

I run a BT kit on mine. Not that exact one, but same principle.
I like it. I check it before every ride and during the ride..

When I'm really bored on those cold nights, I check the voltage when I'm in bed as the garage is near to the bedroom..
